Black Olives

Fresh Feta

Grilled Shrimp


Garlic Potatoes

Mediterranean Seafood Omelette

  2. @ Alison- THanks! You can also do a pasta with all the same ingredients in a white wine sauce:

    saute 2 cloves of Garlic
    Add 4 tbs of butter (unsalted)
    (Let the butter melt and start to turn a little brown)
    Add 1/4 cup white wine (one that you would typically drink)
    Let it reduce a quarter and toss in cooked shrimp and olives. After a couple of mins- stir in pasta (angel hair)
    Top with Feta cheese,basil, 1/2 lemon squeezed and a drizzle of ext virgin olive oil and serve
